Lancia Delta Integrale

Our Lancia Delta is very rare, having been officially converted to Right Hand Drive from new. A true 'pocket rocket' supercar, based on Lancia's World Rally Championship winning car, she possesses an 8-valve 2-litre single turbo engine capable of delivering 185bhp to all four wheels. 0-60mph comes up in 6.6 seconds.

The car is finished in Monza Red and is a 5 door hatchback model. The muscular stance, enhanced by the flared wheel arches really has to be seen in the flesh to be appreciated. The car has been lovingly cared for, with no signs of rust, the only blemishes being the odd stone chip.

To keep the bodywork in its current excellent condition, we have had the car Waxoyled (all body cavities filled with a thick rust inhibitor) and the underside of the car has been fully undersealed.

The 60,000 mile service and MOT has just been carried out, including the critical replacement of the cam belt and also the balance belt (we have kept the old parts to prove this). Comes with very detailed service history (running to about 60 pages), including the original purchase receipt from Lancia and the original sales brochures, specs and photos.

A new pair of front shock absorbers have just been fitted (7 Sept. 2001) as well as a Thatcham Category 1 alarm/immobiliser (fitted 19 Aug. 2001).

The rear hatchback and fold down rear seats make for a very practical performance car, giving significant load carrying space.

Small and nimble, possessed with razor sharp turn in and superb traction, it is no wonder that 'Performance Car' (August 1998) voted the Lancia Delta Integrale one of the 90's motoring icons. Other cars selected were the Ferrari F355, Nissan Skyline GTR, Lamborghini Diablo, TVR Griffith 500, MacLaren F1 and the Subaru Imprezza Turbo. Reputed to be one of the fastest cars point-to-point on real roads.

Price: £7,995 ono including a brand new windscreen (cracked by a stone) and brand new exhaust system, fitted Wednesday 8th August 2001.
